By using sEat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What sEat is
sEat helps people find someone to share a meal and conversation. It is not a dating app, not a social network, and not an escort or companion service.
Our role
sEat provides a platform where users create and discover invitations. sEat is not a party to any agreement between users and does not organise, supervise or attend meetings.
Minimum age (18+)
sEat is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use sEat. During sign-up you must confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may suspend or delete any account if we have reason to believe the account holder is under 18.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to use sEat. You are responsible for your account, your invitations, and your conduct.
Voluntary meetings
Paying for a meal does not create romantic, personal, financial, business, or any other obligations. Every meeting is voluntary and arranged directly between participants. sEat is not a party to any agreement between users.
Budgets and payments
sEat does not process, hold, escrow, guarantee, enforce or reimburse payments between participants. A displayed budget is information provided by the host about the amount they intend to spend on the shared activity. It is not payment for companionship, attendance, time, friendship, romantic attention, sexual activity or any other personal service. Users are responsible for agreeing on expenses between themselves before ordering.
Acceptable conduct
Follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Prohibited use
Paid companionship, escort services, sexual services, fraud, solicitation, commercial advertising and requests for money unrelated to the agreed shared expense are prohibited.
Enforcement
If you break these terms or our Community Guidelines we may warn you, restrict features, suspend or remove your account.
Reporting
Please report inappropriate or dangerous behaviour through our contact form. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Limitation of liability
sEat is provided as-is. We are not liable for the conduct of users or for any outcome of meetings arranged through the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
