Before you meet

• sEat is for adults 18 and over only.
• Meet in a public place.
• Tell someone where you are going and who you are meeting.
• Arrange your own transportation there and back.
• Do not share unnecessary personal information or your home address.

During the meeting

• You may leave at any time, for any reason.
• Nobody owes another participant friendship, romance, physical contact, continued communication or anything beyond what was voluntarily agreed.
• Do not pressure anyone to consume alcohol.
• Agree on the budget and expenses before ordering.

Money

• Never send money, deposits, gift cards, cryptocurrency or loans to another user.
• Paid companionship, escort services, sexual services and payment for someone's presence are prohibited.
• sEat does not collect, hold, transfer, guarantee or reimburse money between users.

How the budget works

• The budget is stated by the host.
• Agree on expenses before ordering.
• If the total exceeds the stated budget, participants must agree how the difference will be paid.
• sEat does not collect, hold, transfer, guarantee or reimburse money.
• The budget is never payment for someone's presence, company, time, romantic attention or any service.

If something goes wrong

If someone behaves suspiciously or breaks the rules, report it to us.

Emergencies

If there is immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. In the European Union this is 112; elsewhere use your local emergency number. sEat is not an emergency service and cannot respond to emergencies.
